Kalamunda Hospital Surgical Redevelopment

Client: DTF-Building Management and Works

Contract Value: $ 1,890,247 inc GST

Description:

  • Alteration & refurbishment to the existing surgical facilities at the Kalamunda
    Hospital Campus;
  • Internal fit out including the remodelling of the existing layout and new
    electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services to support the new arrangement;
  • External envelope of the building was to remain have new windows and doors inserted and
    extensions to plant areas;
  • Existing roof tiles and battens were removed and replaced with new profiled metal sheeting
    supported on new steel battens;
  • Roof sheeting and associated components were to match the recently
    constructed roof to the ward area
