Contract Value: $796,903 inc GST

Description:

  • Demolition of existing Clubroom facilities including removal of 3 No. trees;
  • Construction of new Clubrooms located in the same location as the premises being demolished;
  • New non-slip concrete paving surrounding the entire new Building;
  • Re-location of 2 No. existing floodlights;
  • Modifications to connections to existing Hydraulic services;
  • Modifications to existing Electrical services;
