Unlike mechanical systems which rely on a series of heavy springs or rods to get the head to an obstruction, then attempt to chew away at the offending material, mostly without a great deal of success, the Jetwave High pressure Drain Cleaner does exactly what its name suggests.
Using water pressurised to 4000 PSI by a heavy duty trailer mounted pump, and fed from a 300 litre tank, the Jetwave unit combines power, pressure and a flow rate of 26 Litres /minute to deliver great results.
The special nozzles use rearward facing jets to propel themselves down the pipe along with up to 60 metres of heavy duty 3/8” hose rated at 5000PSI, dislodging material in front of them and clearing material behind them as they go. An additional 60 metres of hose on a robust Stainless Steel hosereel provides the ability to access difficult drainage systems and ensures that the equipment can meet and defeat most challenges.
The jewel in the crown of this machine is the heavy duty Turbo root cutter. While most normal blockage material is simply pulverized by the pressure of the water and turned to slurry, roots can be a problem for most equipment. The Jetwave system uses a high speed rotating jet of water to effectively cut root material away from pipe walls, shred it and flush it away leaving the pipe clear of all roots and maximizing the time available before further treatment is required.
If you have a problem with blocked pipes CPD can confidently offer to clear it for you, in most cases, in little over an hour.
At $195.00 per hour and $20.00 for each 15 minutes after that during weekdays, we can be onsite, set up, drains cleared and all put back in place and you will have made the best investment in the maintenance of your drains that you have in a long time.
After hours and weekends cost a little more but it is still a less costly exercise than alternative methods.
