
CPD Group has recently completed the construction of the new residential development for the Salvation Army. The Graceville Centre was a new build construction project complete with all necessary services installations, external works, fencing and landscaping.
The Salvation Army held a Service of Dedication to officially commemorate the completion of the works. Advocates of the CPD Group included Major Bruce Stevens and Major Margaret McDonald of the Salvation Army as well as Justin Hale of Oldfield Knott Architects.
CPD Group were acknowledged and commended for achieving a greater connection with the Client, Salvation Army, through building rapport, understanding of the clients issues regarding privacy and sensitivity to the issues of the complex. CPD Group established a partnership relationship with both the Salvation Army and the Superintendents Representative, Oldfield Knott Architects. All issues such as plumbing, wiring and asbestos were discussed openly and effectively to reach successful solutions that were of benefit to all parties and led to the relationship between builder and client to continually grow.
Overall the project was completed on time and within budget, assuring CPD Group's affirmation that they are committed to meeting the needs of the Client and the Project through honest communication, professional management of its trades and strong customer focus.
