Police Station Upgrades
Client: Joondalup, Fremantle & Armadale Police Stations

The projects consist of refurbishments and renovations to the Joondalup, Fremantle and Armadale Police Stations. The projects are anticipated to take 18 weeks to complete and will include the demolition and refurbishment of the existing cell sites, which comprises of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical upgrades. The building interior is set to undertake a complete revamp, with reception and administration facilities to be modernised and improved. This will include new counters, workspace and storage facilities. The major works include, however are not limited to the flowing;
•Demolition- Complete demolition of exsisting cells, as well as demolition to administration and reception facilities.
•Concreting- Upgrades to existing cell sites.
•Hydraulic- Plumbing upgrades throughout building interior- including new floor waste cells.
•Electrical- Upgrades to internal electrical wiring, including installation of new CCTV cameras throughout building interior.
•Doors and Windows- Upgrades to cell doors and windows.
•Mechanical- Upgrades to A/C and heating equipment.
•Cabinetry and Carpentry- Upgrades to reception and admin facilities- including change rooms and storage facilities.
•Painting- Remove existing floor grime and re-coat in non-slip epoxy in all cells.
