Our Site Supervisor, or Foreman, depending on the size of the contract, will be responsible for supervising all of the site works. All contractual and correspondence is directed through our Contract Administrators on behalf of the Supervisors. Through these key personnel all our contracts are overseen professionally and in an efficient manner, with all Site Directions/Variations/Correspondence being recorded and kept on file for reference at any point in the contract. Once all the necessary contract documentation and preliminaries have been provided and accepted, we will take possession of site once granted. This phase, along with the duration of the works and all site matters is overseen by a Supervisor and/or a Foreman as well as a Contract Administrator who assigned to the contract. Larger contracts will also be directly overseen by the Projects Manager.
