Once awarded a contract, we endeavour to meet and introduce our team to all the necessary contacts involved in the project.  This will generally be in the form of a preliminary or pre-start meeting, where contact details and preliminary documentation are delivered to our client. We use pre-start meetings to introduce our responsible supervisor to the client’s representative, and assess all facets of the works with the emphasis on safety and minimising the disruptions to the project throughout the lifespan of the contract. 

In the initial pre-start stage we carry out a risk analysis and raise appropriate JSA sheets for all activities. We also use the pre-start stage to inform all staff and subcontractors of the proposed works, including advising of deadlines and milestones to be reached throughout the project duration.
