Operating throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia, CPD Group is a comprehensive ‘all trades’ construction and building services company. Encompassing our own in-house trade divisions, CPD Group cater for the entire building process from new construction to minor works and ongoing maintenance.

Specialising mainly in commercial, private and government works, we have undertaken a number of projects for local, state and federal government departments and various national companies. These include the likes of ABC, The Salvation Army, Qantas, Woolworths, Perth Zoological Authority and the Department of Treasury and Finance.

Our Construction Department is headed by heritage preferred supplier and registered builder Peter Hunt. This department can handle all construction projects in excess of $100,000. We do not only specialise in the construction of new buildings for the commercial industry, but also have the skills, knowledge and experience to undertake heritage restoration works to those buildings of aesthetic value.

With our own carpenters, builders and labourers, we have the resources to handle a majority of services in-house. Our Contract Administrators work closely with our Supervisors to provide comprehensive budgeting and workflow reports, ensuring each project is delivered within the specified budget and timeframe.

Our Building Services Department provides a comprehensive maintenance and minor works service to the commercial and private sector. Headed by Operations Manager Graeme Kennedy, this department specialises in roofing, asbestos removal, carpentry, painting, plumbing and wet trade services. These works primarily involve around the constant maintenance and upkeep of client facilities; such as offices, hospitals, schools and airports. This department has specialised skills and knowledge in the fitting of mobility services, such as the installation and modification of toilet and shower facilities for various disabled applications. Our full-time access auditor for disability services ensures each project is carried out with respect to national laws and regulations.
